Shipping Policy

www.ScottEMerriman.com ships to all contiguous U.S. addresses via the U.S.P.S., United States Postal Service.

When will you receive your order?

To determine the date we’ll ship your order, allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, plus delivery time approximately 1 to 14 business days via U.S.P.S.

Digital Products

PDF versions of digital books can be downloaded from an email sent to you moments after the Checkout process. There are no delivery charges for these items. Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive an email from admin@merrimanpublishing.com which will verify your order and provide download instructions. This link is is good for seven days and then will expire. You are responsible for downloading your product prior to the link expiration. For questions related to your download, please contact us.

Refund and Returns Policies

It’s easy to return an item if you’re not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses — please refer to it for details. If your return is shipped to us after the timeframes indicated above we regret that we cannot issue a refund nor send the merchandise back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

We are unable to accept returns for downloadable PDF and digital purchases.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from www.ScottEMerriman.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
